SHIPMENT METHODS
We ship worldwide from Quito city, in Ecuador.
For international orders we offer our customers EMS (Express Mail Service) and CERTIFIED AIRMAIL which are both run by the post office. When we dispatch your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number. You will receive your package at your address by the post office in your country. This service is the most convenient for our customers, it is the least expensive and the one that requires less formalities and costs in terms of customs clearance.
If you need a quickest service we may deliver with DHL, Fedex or UPS, even though these couriers are more expensive.
We do not send to PO Boxes.
DELIVERY TIME
Please take into consideration that all our items are natural and handmade. We may not have large quantities available at all time. If the goods you order are not ready in our stock, it may take us up to 8 weeks to make them, according to models and quantities.
Before you confirm your order, we will let you know if the goods are ready to be despatched or if we have to make them for you. In this case we will tell you how long it is going to have your order ready to be dispatched.
Here below you can see the average delivery time for international orders. Also allow 1-2 days for customs clearance. Note that during some particular busy periods of the year (Christamas, Easter) it may take longer to receive your order. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. Please note that the time is calculated from the day we dispatch the order.

Certified Airmail (Post Office)
Group 1 - America 7-8 days
Group 2 - Europe 9-11 days

DELIVERY COSTS
Couriers charge for a minimum of 0.5 kg and their rate increases on 0.5 kg basis. The same rule applies to our Post Office delivery services.
For example, if your order weights 0.2 kg, the 0.5 kg tariff will be applied. If your order weights 1.1 kg, the 1.5 kg tariff will be applied.
We will let you know the total weight of your package and the delivery costs before you confirm your order, so that you may save by rounding up the weight of your order.
